When you book an Instant Reframe, Jeff Bollow uses what you share to prepare for the call, check that it’s a useful fit, and put the appointment on the calendar.
What is collected
Your name, email, business name, optional website, preparation answers, chosen time, and booking status. A hashed network identifier helps limit abuse. Draft answers stay in your browser tab until you clear them or close the tab; submitting does not clear the draft.
Recording and private AI-assisted work
The call will be recorded. With your acknowledgment on the booking form, Jeff may use your answers and the recording with AI tools to prepare for and deliver your Reframe, including showing you how to use AI. This is private service work, separate from any permission to publish or feature your conversation.
How fit is assessed
Owners and business leaders whose businesses have operated for at least two years are confirmed automatically when the calendar accepts the booking. Other requests are held for Jeff’s review for up to 24 hours. Team size and your answers about readiness, possibilities, and next steps do not determine eligibility.
Your answers may also help Jeff understand whether further work could be useful. They do not commit you to paid work. There is no automatic offer or payment.
Where the information goes
Cloudflare hosts the site and booking records. Google Calendar holds appointment details, and Zoom hosts and records new calls. Resend sends booking emails; Jeff’s mailbox is hosted by Fastmail. Private AI-assisted work may also involve AI service providers. Contact Jeff before the call if you need details about a particular tool or how it handles your information.
Public use is a separate choice
Public sharing starts at “Keep it private.” Choose named or anonymized channel sharing only if you want to give that permission. Unless you expressly choose otherwise, Jeff will not publish, broadcast, feature, or otherwise share your recordings, answers, identity, story, or business details outside the private service work. Named publication and anonymized publication each require your express permission; removing names does not bypass that choice. Permission to record and use AI for your Reframe is not permission for public use.
Joining the waitlist does not opt you into general AI and business emails unless you check that separate optional box.
